Ex-wife -- moved back in stayed for companionship,now has Alzheimers and is not U.S. citizen but from W. Germany.Whats my respponsibility???

One spouse is not liable for the other spouses bills unless they are medical bills in which case it can be argued that medical bills are necessities for which you may be liable.
