my mother's income is too much to allow medicaid (tenncare) for her nursing home care, income is 2,327.00 monthly. I 'm running out of money to suppliment her care at assisted living. I believe the limit is app. 1,800.00 on tenncare. Is there anyway to lower her income? Thank You, Pete Cassandras

You could use a qulaified income trust. You need an elder laww attorney that specializes in medicaid.
