Legal Question in Entertainment Law in Tennessee

I would like to write a book a collection of stories from my childhood. I would need to interview others with the possibility of using thre stories in my book. I would not be able to pay them for their stories. Is there a form I could ask them to sign that would allow me to use their stories with out payment?

I am not aware of any such form. You could search for it on the Internet or contact me to write one for you for $60.
