Does he have rights?

I work in the adult industry as a phone sex operator and This man from the site I work at contacted me and asked me to join his group and told me he was a certified hypnotist. He told me he could make a video of me under hypnosis and he came to my house and made the video and now he rufuses to give it to me and says he is gonna put it all over the internet. He was supposed to make the video and give it to me. I never told him he could have it or even a copy!

You can sue him to recover the video assuming you did not sign a release authorizing him to use the video however he wants. If you did, there may still be some recourse depending on all the factors. I would be happy to discuss helping you with this situation.
