30 days to respond

When a document is filed with 30 days to respond - is it acutally 30 days or is it 30 working days? say it is filed on the 1st when would the time be up? (thank you)

It is 30 days. However, there is usually no penalty for responding beyond that time frame as long as there actually is a response.
