Have a 7 year old son papers say no overnight visitors what can I do

I cannot tell from your question whether you are wanting overnight visitors or if the visitors are coming to the home of your former spouse. If you object to the former spouse's actions, you can file a Petition to hold that person in contempt for violating a lawful Court order. If you are wanting visitors, you can Petition to modify the existing Court order.
