The Age a Child can Choose
What age does a child have to be when they can decide if they want to see a parent that does not have full custody but only sees the child every other weekend?

When can the child decide? At age 18. Until then the minor child is just that -- a minor child. The minor child can no more refuse to go spend a weekend with dad than the child can refuse Sunday evening to return to mom.
