Legal Question in Family Law in Tennessee

alleged father petitones court for dna test

I petitoned the court for a dna test and the alleged father agreed to have it dismissed. It then went and filed a petition to establish paternity. My husband had raised the child and we are having a lot of marital trouble on the count of this. Is there any thing i can do to dismiss this again, without having to go to jail and lose my marriage.

Why does the guy want to establish paternity? You can tell him that if paternity is established, then he will have to pay 22% of his income to you in child support. You will seek enforcement as soon as the result comes back positive.
