Almoney

My Ex was to pay Almoney for 5 years. but he has not paid the amount he was ordered to pay. up till now I did not have the money to take him back to court. can I ask for alomoney to stay in place for life, or I remary. he has not done many of the court orderthings, and is even behind on his child support. also I have been ill and have not worken since our divorce, but am doing better now and want to go back to school. we were married for 15 years and have 4 children.

Contact legal aid and ask for an attorney to assist you with getting a judgment against him for the arrearages. You have to have the court's help to modify your support order or to garnish his wages for back support.
