Please help...

Is it possible to get amanstapated at the age of seventeen if you just can't ever get along with your mother and your father's not around?

The word is spelled emancipated. The answer is yes, but you need to head to court to do so, and even then is is not automatic. Contact a lawyer who handles family law or domestic relations matters to discuss your options.
