If you lost custody of your children and there was no proof, no real evidense, only lies and accusations, is it possible to regain custody?

Of course, you can always petition for a change in custody based on a "material change in facts" related to your child's status. However, lies to you will look like evidence to a judge. Therefore, you need to have witnesses who can speak on your behalf or establish lies in the prior hearing.
