Caught spouse in an affair--what do I do now?

I figured out my spouses e-mail username and password and discovered he has been seeing escorts for quite a while and also has been seeing a woman who is not in the business. I have printed all of these out and made copies just in case I need them. Isn't this considered adultery and if so what can be done legally, besides divorce? If not, what evidence do I need for further support? --Cheated in TN

You have grounds for divorce. You need to see a lawyer.
