what are the chances of a father getting primary custody of a child in TN?

I have been voluntarily givin $600 a month for the past 8 months and now I am gettin married and she wants to go to court to set it up the support will go up because she got fired from a job in janurary and has not applied for full time work just drawing unemployment and workin parttime and lives with her mom she has a nursetech degree but will not try and use it what are my chances here

You should hire an attorney. If the court finds that she is voluntarily underemployed, you can use the amount she should be making as the number for child support purposes.
