Legal Question in Family Law in Tennessee

name change upon marriage

I used to live in Virginia. I go to school and have had a permanent address in Georgia for two years. My fiance has lived in Georgia for several years as well. We are planning on getting married in Tennessee. After getting married we will be living in Tennessee. Which state's forms should we use?

If you are marrying in Tennessee then you have to get the forms Tennessee uses.
