Name change
My 21 year old daughter wants to change her last name. He step father has been more of a father then her ''real'' father. She wants her step fathers last name. How does she go about doing this??

She could either file a petition for a name change or she could file for an adoption by a step-parent if that is the route she wants to take. An attorney would be able to help her with either option.
