Child Custody Issues

paternal grandparents have jooint custody of child but are totally violating mothers rights of visitation and the paternal grandparents are no longer married and the man that has child is NOT kin to the child anymore

There is no real question included in what you have posted, but I am assuming that you are wanting to know what you should do. I am also assuming that you are the mother of the child.

With those assumptions, I would encourage you to get an attorney and file a petition to modify in the court that put the child with the grandparents in the first place. The court will look at a wide variety of factors, but essentially will want you to prove that the circumstances regarding the child have substantially and materially changed to the child's detriment before the court will change placement of the child.
