child custody rights
Father of 6 year old is parental custodian, father is now incarcerated for 90 days. Can mother of child take child from fathers home for full term of fathers incarceration if they have joint visitation rights?

If the mother has visitation rights, that doesn't mean that she can take the child at any time. What I would suggest is coming to an agreement on the disposition of the child. If the father agrees, you are less likely to have problems later on.
