Child custody and visitation if moved from original state of divorce without co

Daughter-in-law obtained divorce in Tenn. after they lived there 3 mos. Divorce final almost a year after move. Visitation set to exchange child between Ohio and Tenn. at disignated spot listed in divorce papers .She then moved to another state down by the coast which was 15 Hrs + from father.Did not notify court, and did not notify father until after move.Did not see child for 3 mos. then picked up half way between. Had child for 2 mos. ,then helped her to move to Ohio because of boyfriend abuse.Now she wants to move again maybe to Tenn. No money now, no support system there, What can we do ,Please help Loving and concerned Grandmother . My Son lives with us.
