my ex and i signed a perment parent in tn. on 8-10-07. he has lost his 6300.00 a mo. income, so he has filed ,to have his child support reduced. my son and i have lived in va. for 3 yrs. can i have this brought back to va. or does i have to stay in tn. courts.

If you've lived continuously in the Commonwealth for as long as you claim, the issues of custody, support, and visitation in your Tennessee case should be transferable to the appropriate Virginia court in the city or county where you currently reside.
