I was in a marriage where the husband forced me to have intercourse with him, i never wanted to always forced and i became pregnant with his child and i didnt want kids and even though i dont believe in abortions i wanted one but he would not have it. i was forced to have the child and now he lives with his dad. We're soon to be divored and i was wondering if i was forced to have sex and have the child would i have to pay child support under these circumstances, when the father has a good paying job and i work but i dont make enough to pay bills and child support on a child that i was forced to have.
