Child Protective Services
our son & his soon to be had a baby threee days ago. She has two other by another man whom is in a foster home by CPS, they were not taken, but her father had then and took them to CPS. she is going to trail to regain custody in a month or som and CPS has opened a file on the new born and they will not ket her and baby remain in my home for I have a dismissal of substance possession in 2003 and I am 50 years old and no other problems. CPS is giving her until Friday to find another place to live and CPS says I can not be left in charge with the baby along or they will take necessary steps to get possession of the baby. pkease help, CPS said the baby's father has no rights to the baby this has all upset=again we need help

You need a lawyer. You need to intervene in the lawsuit. CPS may do some wonderful things (sometimes) but dealing with them in the system is a legal nightmare. Just because you are not rich, does not mean that you cannot get a perfectly competent lawyer to represent you on a payment plan. Someone may have to get a second job to pay for the lawyer, but then it depends on how important this is.
