Child Support

Went to court for a child support increase,the amount

was granted but I have never recieved the paperwork from my ex`s attorney.It has been seven months,Is there anyway to get the paper work other than going back to court.

Not sure what you mean by "the paperwork." If you mean an order was signed by the judge and entered by the clerk's office as part of the court record, simply get a copy from the clerk's office. If you mean the other attorney has never drafted the order to give to the judge so nothing has ever been signed or recorded by the clerk's office, you may need to have an attorney of your own draft the order to get things done.
