Child Support Jurisdiction

I was divorced in Arkansas and support set according to that States guidelines.I moved to Tennessee to be closer to my daughter who's mother has lived there since our divorce. My ex has since moved my daughter 4 hours away but is still in Tennessee.I have been taken to court twice in the four years that I have lived here for increases in support. During one of these court cases the state of Tennessee has taken jurisdiction of my support payments. The difference between the state guidelines on child support is 7-8%. Since the original child support was set in Arkansas can I move back to that state and petition the courts to regain jurisdiction of my child support payments.

You can try.... but I doubt you will have any luck. Once Tennessee has taken jurisdiction, you can't avoid Tennessee child support law just by moving to a state where they do not require as much in support.
