If you are asking if you can get visitation, you should be able to, but obviously it depends on the circumstances. If there is a court order in place you need to talk to an attorney about enforcing the visitation schedule. If there is not, you need to talk to an attorney about establishing a visitation schedule. As for her not calling you, you should have a right to call her and you can talk to your attorney about that statutory right as well.
