Legal Question in Family Law in Tennessee

child support payments

I pay my child support on time and am proud to do so. My question involves paying child support via online banking. If I decide to go this route would this be sufficient proof of child support payments if I had to go to court for some reason. Like if my ex-wife accused me of missing payments. The bank I'm thinking of using does not return cancelled checks. I'm just wondering if my statement included amount of check ,date of check, and to whom payment is to be rendered would this be enough in court to prove payment. Thank You.

child support payments

I've never seen the question addressed, meaning it is likely to be left entirely to the discretion of the judge.... and since the judge's decision could make a difference of several thousands of dollars, I would not gamble and would in fact make certain I used a bank that returned the cancelled checks. It is simply not work the risk.
