Child Support Question

I am a twenty year old college student desperate for a way to afford stayin in school and being able to feed myself...I just found my biological father two months ago...Is it possible for me to file for child support at this age..my mom has not bothered to file fo support and is not really helping me financially?

When you say your mother has not bothered to file for support do you mean that she never did or she got a support order at one time and has not bothered to enforce the order. The answer to this question may determine the answer to whether you can now get any $ from your biological father. In any event call a family law attorney in your area to discuss this.
