Re: child support
A great deal depends on what your support order dictates. Normally child support will end when a child reaches 18 but even that can depend on whether they are continuing on to school or have a legal need for continued dependency. Simply moving from her mother's house to her sister's house does not relieve you of your support obligation. If you believe you have what the courts call a "material change of circumstances", like a change of residence, you can request a modification of your support order from the court. However, it sounds like you paid until she was 18 and now you're hoping some of that money would come back to you? That's very unlikely.
