Legal Question in Family Law in Tennessee

I'm getting married in 2 months he has 2 kids that I have had contact with up until 2weeks ago now she says I can never see them again. He is overseas. There was no reason for me not to see them other than the kids have told their dad they want to live with us when he comes home. Question is once we are married can he sign a paper or something so I can legally have his normal visitations while he is back overseas to keep his relaionship going with him and his girls.

I think this is going to depend on the wording of the parenting plan from his divorce (if he was married) in the language about visitation.
