My ex boyfriend thinks that mine an my husband son is his an is demanding a paternity test . But my son is my husbands and he signed the birth certificate. What is the laws on this?

Unless he has taken some kind of steps to force you to submit to the test, you are under no obligation to comply. However, if you are certain, then it may get your ex to go away once the test confirms what you are saying.
