Legal Question in Family Law in Tennessee

Collecting a judgement for back alimony, collecting current alimony

I have a judgement in Tn for back alimony, my ex has not paid. He refuses to show up in court, he is to pay alimony till 2007. How can I collect on the judgement and get the court to make him pay the current alimony? How can he continue to be in contempt and not be held accountable? How can I file an appearence for the state of Tn. when I live in New York? I am not able to pay as I am partialy disabled and live on the small amount I do get from his military retirement, and the garnishment of his retirement pay. Thank you

Contact the TN Court/s to obtain info about legal aid or assistance for seniors? indigent? etc..

Also contact military for info and assistance. As a retiree's spouse you may have benefits and access to assistance that you have not tapped.

GOOD LUCK,
