Confused?Spouse won't sign papers--

What is the correct procedure to follow when your spouse refuses to sign the divorce papers simply because they want to remain married?We have been seperated eight years. Not living together. Can I file papers without her?How does this work??Help please

You don't need your spouse to sign papers to get a divorce. You can sue her for divorce for not living together for more than 2 years (as long as there are no children). If you do have children, there are other grounds on which you can get a divorce without your spouse's consent. If you are in the Middle TN area, feel free to give our office a call.
