Legal Question in Family Law in Tennessee

Custody of 17yo sister

My sister is 17 and lives with our grandparents. They do not take good care of her. There is very minimal food in the house, and little of that are things she eats. The house is overrun with dogs, and constantly smells. Our grandmother is bedbound by choice and my sister does all the house cleaning. Our grandfather is verbally abusive and aids very little in the upkeep of the premises. Sis' health has been an issue before as she has been treated for anemia. There is no A/C in the house. How can I get her out of there? D.H.S. has found no grounds to investigate.

The laws wil vary from state to state. You need to talk with an attorney in your state who does a lot of domestic work to see what your best approach would be.
