dating during a pending divorce

Papers have been filed and the parties are no longer living in the same house, the wife then learns that the husband is seeing someone, is it ok for the wife to go out or be seen with someone else ? Note, husband has not signed the papers and it appears that it will go to trial for the judges ruling on details.

To be safe, the wife should wait until the divorce is final before going out and dating. If the divorce is based on fault (i.e. adultery), the wife's actions could be held against her.
