Legal Question in Family Law in Tennessee
Deserted
I am a 62 year old and my husband walked out on me and took all the money. I only recieve 382 dollars a month Social Security. I have no money to pay an attorney. Is there anything I can do to make him give me some money?

You can file a petition for support, however I would not recommend doing so without an attorney. If you do not have the funds to hire an attorney, I would recommend calling Legal Services or the Tennessee Bar Association to see if there is legal help in your area.
