Legal Question in Family Law in Tennessee

If I get a divorce and I have 2 children that are 14 & 16 years old, what are the chances that I can get primary custody? The kids both want to go with me and not my wife. How does that work? Since they are older. Is it their choice to go with there dad?

Much depends on the circumstances and it is difficult to say on here without any additional information what yoru chances would be. However, with children of that age, the court will likely take their wishes into consideration.
