divorce - final judgement

on a final judgement of a divorce

decree it states...

''defendant agrees to pay the

following debts..

up to $300.00 per month for

automobile insurance for the

children''

question: at what age of the child

does this requirement drop if it is not

specified on the decree? 18, 19, 21

or when child graduates college?
