Divorce

My husband and I have been married for year. We have a baby due in Feb. We haven't been living together since June. I want to file for divorce. I just don't know what to do.

File for divorce. You will need a Divorce Petition and a Marriage Dissolution Agreement. There is a 60 day waiting period for divorces in Tennessee. After the child is born you will also need a parenting plan to discuss the responsibilities each of you will have to the child and each other.
