Divorce Laws in Tennessee

Ok i got married just a month or two after I turned 18. Well, 3 months after we married we split up and I went my way, he went his way. I have now been in the same relationship with anohter man for almost 4 years and he and I have an 18mo old son together. Can I get the marriage anulled? or do i have to pay all that money for a divorce?

First off, I don't know how you would save money by getting your marriage annulled. It is still a court proceeding so it is still going to be expensive. Second, under the facts you have given, the only way out of your marriage is a divorce. An annulment is pretty rare in Tennessee and can only be obtained for a very few reasons, none of which apply in your case according to the facts you have written.
