i want a divorce

well, im married to guy who is not legal in the us and he abandoned me in 2005 and i havent heard from him since and i needed to know what i can do about divorcing him

In general a person can get a divorce if they have made a good faith effort to locate the missing spouse. The missing spouse may be served by publication. This publication is used to give the missing spouse notice. There are disadvantages to filing in this manner.
