Legal Question in Family Law in Tennessee

divorce without notice

Ex filed divorce in chancery court using false grounds (abandonment) and without publication notice. I don't care to stop this divorce. We have preexisting court orders with myself as custodial, and visitation for ex. My concern is can he change the terms of custody or visitation of pre-existing orders?
