i was divorced oct 2005 and in the papers he is to get the hosue, boat and the truck in exchange that he pay for all outstanding credit cards bill. everything was in my name because i had good credit. the truck is now reposessed and he signed my name when they came and picked it up and the credit cards are behind and have been turned over to collections and they are now looking for me to pay the bills or they will garnish my check. i did give him 2 years to pay the credit cards off and he is not to be behind on the house no longer than 60 days. what are my options i am stuck with bad credit and the bills and he got the boat and the house?
