I am currently seperated from my husband. He and i have been married since nov. 20th of 2007 and we have been apart since march of 2008, and i wanted to know how hard it would be and what i would have to do, to get a quick divorce from him?

Any divorce takes at least 60 days if you don't have children and at least 90 days if you do have children as there is a waiting period in TN for divorces. It is not difficult to get a divorce but you have to know what to file and how to file it properly or a judge may not grant it to you. If the matter is uncontested, you may want to seek the advice of an attorney anyway to make sure all of your documents are filed out properly.
