My husband and I don't leave toghether for over 7 years.--name removed--got married in Tx and started a divorce under domestic violence in Tx that later on was stopped. This was back in 2001.

I moved to Tn were I reside since then.

I am trying to get divorce now Tn but my husband states he has no juridiction in Tn and that this should be file in Tx.

Where can I find information about what are the requirements to qualify for Tn juridiction ?

What can I do?
