yeah, my legal husband and i got married in april of 2002, we have been seperated since february of 2003, and i have not had the funds to divorce, but we have lived in seperate places since feb. 03. how hard will it be to get an uncotested divorce?

If your husband will sign off on all of the documents, then getting a divorce is just of matter of submitting the correct forms and following the rules of the court.
