Legal Question in Family Law in Tennessee

Divorse

I have been married 20 years and my husband is self-employed, i quit my job to raise my children and be home secetary. My oldest daughter is 15 and other one is 13. He is very greeded and controlen in the last 3-5 years. He had 3 affairs that i know of. He has took me off all accounts and i have no means to money. He give me 300 to make it but i have 2 kids in school have to drive 40 minutes twice a day to take them to school.He is making life hard. He moved out and living good. He is so material. I have never cheated or go to bars every week. Me and my kids should'nt have to change or way of living because he wants to hurt me. Can he just do that. He want give me money to even try to talk to lawyer. I want out of mental abuse and away from hell. He is cut me out where i have nothing. Im be dogged out and i dont do nothing but raise to a and b kids. Good kids he a material daddy. But he not supply enough for food household needs and gas. I going crazy.Help

Please contact you local juvenile court and ask for 4(d) services and get some child support immediately. Ask around to see if there are free legal services available in your community. Otherwise, save some $ and hire an attorney to get you divorced. Good luck.
