Legal Question in Family Law in Tennessee

Dropping Child Support

Senario: A father is put on child support out of spite, but is taking care of 95% of the child's expenses and needs (child care, insurance, clothes, shoes, etc.) before and while he was on child support. The mother takes him off of child support.

Question: Can the mother put him back on child support once she has taken him off?

Re: Dropping Child Support

What in the world are you talking about?

Your question makes no sense whatsoever.

I do a LOT of domestic work, and I have no clue what you mean by "put on child support" or "take him off of child support."

If you would like to e-mail me directly to try to ask it again, you can try at [email protected] or you cn call me directly at my office at 423-267-4391
