easiest way to settle, motion to ammend or court hearing
father agreed to pay insurance for two years on ex-wife as well as children. will continue to pay on children, but can no longer pay ex's. child support is always paid up, but has lagged on her insurance the childrens is paid up. Best way to handle without a full blown hearing.

If you can both agree on the changes, prepare and jointly sign and submit for the judges signature a joint order reflecting the changes. If you can't agree on it, and can't agree on any other way to resolve it, then you will have to argue it before the judge to allow a decision.
