Emmancipation

What are the steps to becoming emmancipated.

You file a petition with the proper court and a hearing is held. Generally you will want to use an attorney to do so. The process is relatively quick and uncomplicated, but you need a court order to be emancipated. Call me at 423-267-4391 if you need an attorney for this.
