How to Enforce Child Support Oders

I have a court order for Child Support in the amount of $45per week total for two children. Non-custodial parent is on again-off again in payment and noncompliant in court order to provide health insureance for said children also. Local Child Support office takes warrants but doesn't process them in a timely manner(taking weeks to get to sherriff's desk)enforcing health insurance order is also low on list, resulting in my children remaining on TennCare at the state's cost, even though the state has cut thousands of people off the TennCare roles. He is perfectly able to work and provide these kids with what they deserve. How do I get them to enforce this order and Get him to comply with it?

Re: How to Enforce Child Support Oders

If you have approached the local child support office and they were unable to help, I would suggest you find an attorney in your area that handles child support matters and set up a consultation to discuss other alternatives such as a petition for contempt.
