Am I entitled?
My Husband and I have been married 5 years. We own no property other than our house, paid for, and 2 vehicles. Husband is emotionally abusive, marriage is dead. He states I am not entitled to any monies in our home because the down payment came from his trust fund. My car is paid for. Is he correct? I feel so trapped, no money to leave, or rent an apartment of my own! I am disabled, can't work. Thanks.

It is hard to answer your question without more information. But if he took his trust fund money and put it in a house in your joint names, the answer is likely that you have an equitable interest in the home. Best of luck.
